We recognize that some young individuals face even greater challenges due to their life circumstances, which can include poverty, trauma, homelessness, substance abuse, and other high-risk factors. Our team is composed of experienced professionals, counselors, educators, and community advocates who are deeply committed to providing targeted support for these vulnerable youth.

Through collaboration, compassion, and community engagement, we strive to ensure that every young person can achieve their full potential and lead lives of excellence. We offer a variety of programs and services to support mental health, including counseling, support groups, and educational workshops.
Our vision is to empower high-risk youth, fostering their mental health and well-being, and guiding them toward resilience and personal growth. We aim to create a future where every young person, regardless of their circumstances, can achieve excellence and embrace a life marked by mental well-being and limitless opportunities.
We exist because we are acutely aware of the unique challenges faced by high-risk youth. Many of these young individuals are exposed to adverse conditions from an early age, which can lead to mental health struggles, self-doubt, and feelings of hopelessness. DBT is a therapeutic approach that was initially developed to treat individuals with borderline personality disorder (BPD). However, its principles are found to be effective in addressing a range of mental health issues, including those commonly experienced by youth.
DBT is needed with youth addressing mental health concerns because it provides a comprehensive set of skills that address the unique challenges faced during adolescence. It equips youth with practical tools to navigate emotions, build relationships, and cope with the stressors that may arise during this critical developmental stage. By focusing on Relationships, Empowerment, Support, Prevention, Education, Communication, Together, (R.E.S.P.E.C.T.), this initiative promotes healthy relationship dynamics, reduces the risk of dating violence, and enhances the mental health and well-being of participants. Through educational workshops, awareness campaigns, and peer support, the program fosters emotional resilience, reduces harm, and creates a safer environment for young people to develop and maintain positive mental health and well-being.
Don't Forget About Him - is a unique project that addresses traditional dating roles and their potential connection to teen dating violence and its impact on mental health and well-being. This initiative focuses on challenging traditional gender stereotypes in dating, promoting healthy communication, and providing resources for both young men and women to foster respectful relationships.
Empowering Camp Mental Wellness - is a transformative summer camp project designed to empower young individuals with essential mental health education and coping strategies. Through a combination of interactive workshops, peer support, and outdoor activities, the camp fosters emotional resilience, reduces stigma, a sense of empowerment among participants and equips participants with the tools to maintain positive mental well-being. The objective is to provide stipends to young individuals, aiming to not only inspire their involvement but also act as a motivating factor for them to actively embrace the process of acquiring stress management skills.
